Hi, I’m Roni - welcome to my practice.

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the state of California. I believe that the decision to begin your therapeutic journey is a difficult and courageous one. With warmth, empathy, and a holistic approach, I aim to provide you a safe, non-judgmental space to strengthen your relationship with yourself and the world around you. While pain and suffering are inevitable parts of life, I believe all humans are innately capable of healing and growth.

I work with adults of all ages, but my passion lies in supporting women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community in healing from trauma. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and use somatic (body-based) and mindfulness practices to help you feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and better able to regulate your nervous system. I believe the past deeply influences the present, and together we’ll explore long-standing patterns and beliefs that may be shaping your current experience. At the heart of trauma healing is a trusting, secure, and supportive relationship, and I strive to offer that to every one of my clients. Our therapeutic relationship itself is an important tool in the healing process, and I’ll actively use our connection to help you feel unstuck, seen, and empowered.

I believe therapy has something to offer everyone, and that investing in yourself in this way is a profound act of care.
